About the role As a Sourcing & Procurement Process Manager, you will lead the delivery of sourcing and procurement transformation projects, while contributing to broader supply chain and data-driven initiatives.
You combine project delivery, team leadership, and commercial impact, acting as a hands‐on lead across multiple engagements.
Lead end-to-end delivery of sourcing & procurement and supply chain projects
Act as a delivery lead, ensuring high‐quality execution across engagements
Support business development and contribute to winning new projects
Contribute to data and analytics initiatives, aligned with the growing focus on digital and AI
You will quickly integrate into ongoing projects, build strong stakeholder relationships, and strengthen the overall consulting capability
You are a versatile consulting professional who combines strong execution capabilities with leadership and commercial acumen.
5–10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain consulting
~ Proven track record as a project or workstream lead with hands‐on delivery responsibility




~ Expertise in sourcing & procurement process design
~ Experience in data analytics and data‐driven projects
~ Exposure to business development or consulting sales
~ Experience with tools such as SAP (e.g. Ariba, Business Network), BlueYonder, or similar
~ Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and delivery skills
~ You show a willingness to travel globally and to work in a hybrid working model

Familiarity with data platforms (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric) and tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
