Role : Learning & Development Specialist (Remote)

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Training & Development Specialist to work on a Full-Time basis. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational performance. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutions.

Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for employees across multiple departments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.




• Partner with leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives.

Experience developing training programs for diverse audiences is required.
• Ability to analyze training data and measure program impact is required.
• This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a general leader in the Information Services industry, contributing to the upskilling of a distributed workforce. The contract duration is expected to last up to 12 months, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
