About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced,



hands-on full-stack engineer to become a foundational member of our engineering team. You will join and help lead a team with end-to-end ownership of a web-based database application at the center of our interactions with experts and clients. Your work will span technical design, backend and database development, third-party API integration, front-end delivery, deployment, and production support. This is a high-autonomy role for an engineer who enjoys working close to the business. You will partner directly with product, operations, and other frontline stakeholders to review and solve high-priority software problems, evaluate opportunities based on return on investment, and deliver practical software that improves how our teams operate. You will also help establish the technical practices and operating standards for a growing engineering organization.
