About the role:
Are you passionate about SAP Payroll and looking to grow your career in an international and innovative environment? At SD Worx, we're expanding our SAP practice and are looking for a Junior SAP HCM / ECP Consultant – Netherlands Payroll to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience or a strong interest in SAP HCM Payroll, SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) on S/4HANA, and Dutch Payroll processes and legislation.
Which tasks can you expect?
- you will work with international clients, helping them optimise and transform their HR and payroll processes through SAP solutions.




- You will collaborate with experienced consultants and participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and configuration to testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.

What do you have to offer?
- Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Experience or exposure to Netherlands Payroll Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Professional proficiency in English
- Nice to have: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Payroll Control Center (PCC), SAP Time Management, SAP HCM or SuccessFactors certifications
