- System to Entry Into Service activities: Preparing and managing the System for the entry into service. Supporting the customer to ensure a successful entry into service.
- System Support: You will participate in the 2nd and 3rd support levels to the customer, being responsible for providing the customer with all necessary support to ensure right use of the system.




- New release or modules/projects development activities: When a new release/project is launched, you will contribute carrying out the following tasks: Participating with the customer in the requirement definition, Developing functional analysis to describe the new functionalities Assisting the development team in preparing customer documentation and training, Preparing, validating and testing operational procedures related to the subject product or service, Ensuring the training to the Help Desk, Organizing the training.
