What is your role?
You will be diving into a fast paced business to expand the company’s presence in the Plastic and Coatings industries. Developing relationships with multinational companies from technological sectors such as Automotive, Electronics, Health Care , and many others… We are always looking for new challenges It is why we want target driven people, with fighting spirit to reach the most ambitious targets.
TASKS:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the client base worldwide with a special focus on Central Europe, the USA, and Asia Pacific
- Identify key decision makers and stakeholders to establish connections by attending to the industry reference events.



Attending at least 4 different world class exhibitions per year to find new business opportunities.
- Drive business growth through proactive sales initiatives, including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation of contracts.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding product selection and usage. Maintain a deep understanding of the product portfolio, its technical properties, and market applications landscape.
- Follow company strategy focusing on product differentiation, with a transparent and communicative cooperation with customers to deliver the maximum added value.
