As a Ground Segment Antenna Engineer you join a multidisciplinary team to design and evolve ground segment infrastructures for satellite missions. You will help define robust antenna subsystems and contribute to mission-critical communications between space and ground assets. Your work supports institutional and commercial customers, including Galileo, with a focus on performance, reliability, and technical feasibility. This role offers hands-on engineering with cross-functional collaboration and opportunities to influence future ground station architectures.

Responsabilidades
- Technical definition and analysis of ground antenna systems for satellite communications (TT&C;, payload data, feeder links).
- Design and evolution of ground segment architectures with emphasis on antenna subsystems.
- Performance analysis including link budgets, RF chains, pointing accuracy, tracking performance, availability, and redundancy.
- Definition and review of technical requirements related to antenna systems.
- Engineering documentation preparation and maintenance (design documents, ICDs, technical notes, analysis reports).
- Technical support during procurement, integration, and validation of antenna systems.
- Participation in technical reviews with customers and subcontractors.
- Contribution to technical proposals and feasibility studies.
- Collaboration with other engineering domains (ground segment subsystems, networks, cybersecurity, deployment).
