Job purpose: This role operates under the general supervision of the Chief of Mission and direct supervision of the Labour Migration and Social Inclusion Officer. The Data Analyst will be responsible for compiling, consolidating, validating, managing, and maintaining databases related to projects and activities within the Labour Migration and Social Inclusion Area of IOM Spain. This involves supporting the definition of data collection requirements, preparing survey models, and managing and analyzing data according to operational and programmatic needs.
The position also supports the updating and maintenance of databases for monitoring migration flows, ensuring data quality, integrity, accessibility, and comprehension. The analyst will process, analyze, and interpret quantitative data from surveys targeting migrant populations, contributing to descriptive and analytical reports.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include assisting in the compilation, consolidation, validation, management, and maintenance of databases for the Labour Migration and Social Inclusion Area.
