In this founding role, you will help build a new Factorial product from the ground up to scale impact and revenue. You’ll shape the design foundations and establish how design works across the company, working closely with product and engineering from discovery to implementation. You’ll turn ambiguous problems into simple, elegant solutions that drive business outcomes and user value. This is a fast-paced, hands-on opportunity to influence product strategy, roadmap, and design culture in a scrappy startup environment.

Responsabilidades
- Design end-to-end product experiences from discovery to high-fidelity implementation
- Lead discovery, validation, and iteration across features with PMs and Engineers
- Define goals,



plan quarterly roadmaps, and make strategic design decisions with the big picture in mind
- Conduct customer research sessions and translate insights into usable solutions
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to building design processes, standards, and culture
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to review designs and iterate
- Shape the formation of the design function as the team grows
