In this Account Manager role, you will manage a portfolio of SMB customers in the UK and Ireland, driving satisfaction and growth within existing accounts. You’ll deepen customer engagement, understand clients’ businesses, and maximise Perk usage through upselling and cross-selling. Your work will be data-informed, with regular reviews and stakeholder updates to senior leadership. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product integrations and deliver lasting value in a fast-growing environment.

Own and nurture a portfolio of SMB customers, engaging with primary contacts and decision-makers
Develop deep customer understanding to maximise Perk usage
Identify growth opportunities and expand the account portfolio
Use data analytics to provide business reviews and stakeholder presentations
Become the resident expert on Perk products to meet quarterly targets for up-selling and cross-selling
Build strong client relationships to shape travel programs
Detect common problems and design timely, durable solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product integrations during roll-outs
Prioritise time to maximise impact in key business areas
Requisitos principales
1-2 years of account management or customer success experience
Background in SaaS or travel-tech preferred xqbhyrx
Outstanding presentation and communication skills
Strong prioritisation and time management abilities
Result-oriented mindset with customer satisfaction as a priority
