THE OPPORTUNITY

The company has built its growth engine on product and distribution. The next chapter will be decided by brand. The business is repositioning from category-leading business software to an AI-powered platform for how companies operate — and the brand must lead that shift, not trail it. As VP of Brand & Communications, you will own how the company is seen, heard, and remembered — by buyers, media, analysts,



candidates, and its own people — across every market it serves.

This is a high-leverage executive role reporting directly to the CMO. You will lead an organisation of approximately 40 people spanning brand strategy, creative, content, communications, and PR, through two senior direct reports. Your mandate: make the AI platform repositioning unmistakable in market, and convert a category leader's scale into a category-defining brand — one that compounds demand, earns pricing power, and makes every euro of performance spend work harder.
