We’re working with a specialist European contractor delivering large-scale, technically demanding construction projects across the Nordics.

They’re looking for a Commercial Manager to take ownership of commercial performance across multiple live projects in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.

This is a strong move for someone already operating at Commercial Manager level who wants exposure to cross-border projects, multi-contract environments and senior commercial leadership.

If you come from hyperscale environments — data centres, advanced manufacturing, major infrastructure or large industrial construction — you’ll understand the pace and commercial intensity involved.

You’ll be responsible for
- Day-to-day commercial management across assigned projects
- Client and supply chain valuations
- Subcontract preparation and labour agreements
- Change management (EWNs, variations, compliance)
- Procurement support and contractor selection
- Final accounts, reconciliations and retention releases
- CVRs, forecasting and cashflow management
