Its work spans risk reduction and risk transfer exercises, PPF and insolvency‑related matters, corporate transactions, scheme mergers, restructurings, wind‑ups and emerging DC arrangements, as well as supporting complex pensions litigation.The successful candidate will play a central role in developing and delivering high‑quality knowledge support. Responsibilities include monitoring legal and regulatory developments, producing clear internal updates, coordinating and delivering training, maintaining precedents,



preparing client publications and supporting responses to consultations.
