Elha Laser Center seeks a CRM Manager to own customer lifecycle and CRM strategy across Elha and Láserum in Spain, Portugal, Italy and France. You will design journeys that drive recurrence, keep the client database clean, and lead segmentation initiatives with data partners.
You will work with a data-driven marketing team across four countries, collaborating with external partners to optimize retention and lifetime value using advanced segmentation and testing.
