The HR Manager will lead the HR function at the logistics site in Lelystad, The Netherlands, driving people strategy and operational HR excellence.
Fluent English is essential; Spanish and/or Dutch are valued. The role requires relocation to Lelystad and a track record in transforming HR within high‐volume operations. You will partner with Operations and leadership to improve turnover, absenteeism and engagement.
