McArthur is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Coordinator to join our Federal Government client for a 12-week assignment. In this role, you'll assist customers looking to purchase the Australian Weather Calendar for 2027, providing friendly and professional support via phone and email as well as coordinate a small team.

Our client plays an important role in supporting Australians through its work across weather, climate, water, oceans and space, making this a fantastic opportunity to contribute to an organisation whose services are essential to communities across Australia.

This casual position offers 35 hours per week and is based in Docklands, Melbourne,



providing a great opportunity to stay busy through to Christmas while gaining valuable Federal Government experience.

To be considered, you must be an Australian Citizen and be able to obtain a clear Police Check.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate a small team of Customer Service Officers, through categorizing of CRM enquiries, managing a basic team roster to ensure maximum phone coverage and guiding them as necessary to ensure a strong customer service offering.
- Deliver professional, responsive and customer-focused support for the Bureau's 2027 Weather Calendar across telephone and online channels.
- Process customer sales and payments accurately, including telephone orders and BPAY transactions, in line with established procedures.
- Assist customers with online ordering and self-service processes, building confidence and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
