PayXpert in Spain seeks a Head of Legal & Regulatory Affairs to lead the legal, regulatory and governance framework supporting growth across markets. You will partner with the CEO and leadership to deliver pragmatic, commercially grounded advice on complex matters including product, partnerships and cross-border activity.
The role requires a law degree and EU qualification, 10–15 years in legal disciplines, fluent English and Spanish, and strong experience in payments or financial services.
