We're hiring an organised and detail-oriented Customer Success Operations Coordinator to provide project, systems, and administrative support to an international Customer Success organisation within a general technology company in Barcelona.
This is a hands-on, process-focused internal operations role. You will help ensure projects are set up and closed correctly, business systems and records remain accurate, invoice requests are processed, and internal teams have the right information and system access to work effectively.
It would be particularly well suited to an early-career professional with up to around two years' experience in administration, project coordination, or operational support, including through an internship or placement.
Location: Barcelona (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)
Contract: Initial 12 months (extension potential)
Commitment: Full-time
Engagement: Autónomo (Freelance Contractor)
Rate: €13/hour
Language: Professional-level English required
What You'll Be Doing
Create, update and close Customer Success projects within internal business systems
Maintain accurate project records, statuses, documentation and task information
Check that project information is complete and support timely project closure
Initiate invoice requests and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve missing or unclear information
Perform routine data maintenance, data-quality checks and basic reporting
Support routine user-access requests, answer straightforward system or process questions, and escalate non-standard issues to the appropriate team
Work closely with Customer Success, Project Management, Finance and Operations teams
Follow established procedures and contribute to small process improvements where appropriate
