As Software Deliveries and Operations Leader, you drive operational excellence across Roche's CIx & DDS engineering teams, aligning portfolio goals with execution. You shield product teams from bureaucracy while providing clear, decision-ready visibility for executives. You lead governance, improve delivery efficiency, and manage risks, dependencies, and vendor relationships. You will shape the way we scale digital healthcare solutions, contributing to high-quality medical software that patients rely on. Responsabilidades Ensure strategic linkage between OKRs and product delivery for autonomous, high-quality decisions
Lead services and product operations to meet fit-for-purpose service levels (productivity, quality, cost)
Act as single source of truth for investments, capacity, and risks with proactive ad-hoc reporting




Identify and resolve bottlenecks and cross-team impediments across product lifecycles
Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships, ensuring adherence to SLAs and SOWs
Requisitos principales Proven experience as software team lead or manager in medical device or diagnostics industry
Strong Lean/continuous improvement mindset and operational excellence
Understanding of medical, security, and privacy regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in large international and complex development projects
University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years in software building and delivery roles, ideally SAFe-based
