The AI Sales Engineer role at Orbio AI is a full-time hybrid position based in Madrid, with flexibility for partial work from home. The person in this role will collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, design AI solution proposals, and present technical demonstrations tailored to enterprise clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting pre-sales activities, responding to technical queries, preparing proof-of-concept configurations, and ensuring a smooth transition from sale to implementation.



The AI Sales Engineer will work closely with product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into technical specifications and provide feedback that improves solutions. Ongoing tasks also involve building strong customer relationships, offering post-sale technical support, and contributing to documentation, presentations, and training materials.
Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to design, explain, and support AI solutions for enterprise customers.
Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to manage client relationships, drive opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience working with AI, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions, preferably in a B2B environment.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and availability to work on-site in Madrid as required.
