As Technical Director for Industrial Solutions Development, you will lead a team delivering Siemens OPCENTER-based solutions within IDOM’s Digital Transformation group. You’ll align functional requirements with technical design, ensure code quality, and collaborate with architects and project managers to drive delivery. You will coach the team, promote innovation, and oversee technical documentation. This role blends hands-on leadership with strategic shaping of industrial software projects in an international setting.

Responsabilidades

Develop technical solutions from functional requirements
Coordinate and lead the development team
Review and approve code
Collaborate with solutions architect




Interact with the project manager
Provide technical management of the project
Ensure technical quality assurance

Requisitos principales

Bachelor in Computer Engineering
5+ years in industrial software development OR 2+ years in technical leadership
Experience with agile and traditional methodologies
Proficient in Azure DevOps xqbhyrx and JIRA
Advanced knowledge of Git and CI/CD
In-depth knowledge of Siemens Opcenter Execution
Experience with Opcenter Core, Intelligence, and APS
Experience in ERP and SCADA integrations
Knowledge of Java, C#, SQL Server, and REST APIs
Strong teamwork skills and technical rigor
Advanced English proficiency
