In this role you will lead BOP engineering activities on turnkey projects, ensuring technical excellence and conformance with global standards. You will develop and maintain global BOP manuals and standards, including anchor cage, road, and crane pad specifications, shaping the technical basis for execution. You will oversee the Technical Office and drive compliance reviews for clean-sell projects. You will engage with cross-functional teams, travel as needed, and apply your strong leadership to resolve complex civil-related challenges. This position supports the company's sustainable energy goals and global project delivery.

Requisitos principales
- Engineering degree
- Proven experience in a similar xqbhyrx role with strong BOP engineering and civil works expertise
- Advanced English
- Availability for occasional short business trips
