In this role you own a defined portion of outbound orders from end to end, balancing automation with human judgment. You’ll operate across channels and export/import tracks, ensuring on-time delivery and cost control while continuously improving the system. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service targets, optimize margins, and adapt to peaks with a versátil, automation-friendly mindset. Responsabilidades
- Own a defined volume of outbound orders through the full sale-order cycle (delivery notes, invoicing, picking, fulfilment, shipping, delivery)
- Maintain service targets (OTIF >95%, chargebacks 95%)



and ensure compliance across channels
- Manage export/import activities: select forwarders, negotiate rates, oversee customs and global documentation
- Control transport costs and validate freight invoices, raising disputes when needed
- Track and report logistics KPIs (OTIF, SLAs, chargebacks); perform ad-hoc analyses for decisions
- Monitor 3PL and carrier performance; liaise with forwarders, couriers, 3PL, accounting, and Ops
- Handle exceptions with human-in-the-loop workflow and implement corrective actions; identify recurring issues to automate
- Cross-train across regions and channels to handle peaks and transitions

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor degree or equivalent operational experience in supply chain or logistics
- Experience in operational fulfilment, distribution, xqbhyrx or freight/forwarder management, preferably in DTC, retail or fashion
