What You Will Do
Corporate Strategy & Transformation Lead strategic work streams related to the corporate strategy and digital transformation agenda of Mercedes-Benz Tech Spain and Home of Tech. Drive strategic initiatives from concept definition through execution and implementation. Develop decision papers and recommendations for senior management and executive stakeholders.



Analysis & Strategic Planning Conduct market, competitor, and cross-industry analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic priorities.
Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations and innovative solution concepts. Support business growth through structured analysis and strategic thinking. Project Management & Consulting Manage strategic projects end-to-end, from project scoping and planning to implementation and follow-up. Collaborate closely with Business Streams and Home of Tech Hubs to ensure successful execution. Monitor progress and help align initiatives with business objectives.
