We're now hiring a Motion Graphics Designer (Internship) to partner hand‐in‐hand with our UA team —turning ideas into high‐performing creatives for Meta, Tik Tok, Snap, and UGC . This is a high‐leverage role: you'll turn creative testing into a repeatable, capital‐efficient acquisition engine —shipping fast, learning faster, and scaling what works.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN (Your Mission) Performance Creatives at Scale: Produce a high volume of short‐form video ads (9:16), animations, kinetic typography, and cut‐downs for Meta/Tik Tok/Snap —built for thumb‐stop, hook, and conversion . AI‐First Creative Pipeline: Use AI image/video tools to concept, generate, and iterate (human‐reviewed), then polish in After Effects/Premiere/Cap Cut .
Creative Testing Framework: Work with the UA team to plan hypotheses, variants, and hooks (e.g., 3‐second hook, CTA, social proof, UGC vs. motion ), and iterate based on results. Data →
