In this role you enable HR professionals and end users to get value from the SD Worx App and Portal by solving technical questions and login issues. You work in a small international team focused on delivering excellent service and knowledge sharing. Your work combines problem-solving, customer interaction, and analysis to improve the user experience. You will help shape how support operates and contribute to a customer-centric, collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades
- Manage support requests received through digital channels and phone support
- Assist HR professionals and end users with login, access, and platform-related issues




- Investigate and resolve technical problems while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Analyse support tickets and identify opportunities to improve service quality and processes
- Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to continuously enhance the user experience

Requisitos principales
- Fluent Dutch and French, both spoken and written
- Good English communication skills
- Experience in a customer support, technical support, or service-oriented role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving xqbhyrx skills
