As a Manufacturing Engineer at Airbus Operations in Getafe, you will drive industrial design and standardize manufacturing processes to ensure safe, robust production. You will bridge Engineering, Supply Chain and Shop Floor Operations, supporting shop-floor execution and continuous improvement. You contribute to CAPEX planning and process optimization, while upholding health, safety, and quality standards. This role offers an opportunity to influence industrialization and modification activities within a cross-functional, international team.

Responsabilidades
- Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain to implement manufacturing best practices, define build processes,



and specify industrial assets, jigs and tooling
- Create and update routings, As-Prepared BoMs, and Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) while managing Delta 2 configuration and technical sequencing
- Calculate standard times, conduct Standard Work, and drive shop-floor continuous improvement and CAPEX planning
- Perform PFMEA/FMEA risk analyses, ensure Health & Safety compliance, and participate in Quality Control Boards to ensure process capability
- Interface with Production, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve escalated work prep issues and manage missing parts or MRP impacts
- Drive 1st installation implementation, collect feedback, and evaluate industrial impacts of design modifications with IA, ISE, and TDE teams

Requisitos principales
- Education in Aeronautical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Work Pre
