You will define and execute the strategic data roadmap, aligning architecture with business goals. You will lead a data and analytics team and act as Scrum Master to balance short-term delivery with long-term vision. You will design modern microservice-based architectures in containers, promoting governance, security, and documentation. This role focuses on enabling a scalable, data-driven platform to optimise public transport decisions, offering both technical influence and leadership within a cross-functional team.

Responsabilidades

Define and execute the strategic data roadmap aligned with business objectives




Lead a team of data and analytics engineers and support their professional development
Act as Scrum Master, balancing sprint delivery with strategic vision
Design and implement modern microservices-based architectures using Docker and Kubernetes
Promote best practices in data governance, security, modelling and documentation
Oversee the development lifecycle from design to implementation with focus on quality and efficiency

Requisitos principales

Architectural design and construction of complex systems
Experience with data integration and scalable data architectures
Familiarity with Apache Airflow, Prefect or Luigi
Object-oriented programming
Data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Python ecosystem xqbhyrx (Pandas, NumPy, ML frameworks)
Cloud-oriented architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Big Data frameworks and storage (Spark, Hadoop, HDFS; S3; SQL/NoSQL databases)
