- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions
- Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities
- Lead products from discovery and MVP definition through development, deployment, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, architects, AI engineers, software developers, and data teams
- Define product capabilities using knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, evaluation methods, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop patterns
- Define and monitor product success metrics covering business value, adoption, quality, reliability, cost, and AI performance
- Ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles, governance standards, security requirements, privacy regulations, and compliance policies
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and identify opportunities to leverage AI for business transformation
- Support business development, solution shaping, and proposition development within the AI practice

Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Significant experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role delivering technology products
- Proven experience developing and delivering Generative AI and/or Agentic AI solutions
- Strong understanding of LLM technologies and architectures, including RAG, embeddings, AI agents, tool calling, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails
- Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and product backlog management
- Knowledge of APIs, cloud architectures, enterprise integrations, and modern software delivery practices
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
