Ebury's strategic growth plan would not be possible without our Data team and we are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our Data Platform team Our mission is to develop maintain and improve Ebury's Data Platform with a focus on building scalable, robust, and innovative frameworks. As a Senior Data Platform Engineer, you will work closely with the rest of the team to help develop and improve the Data Platform.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of a robust data platform to beconsumed across the company
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver actionableinsights
- Drive innovation and explore emerging technologies to enhance our data capabilities
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards to ensure data qualityand security
About you:
- Proficiency in Python for data transformation and validation
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets, as well as experienceworking with structured and unstructured data sources
- Data engineering and modelling skills such as slowly changing dimensions anddimensional modelling
