- Bridge Fever’s Madrid-based teams with Chinese market needs across product, engineering, and design
- Decompose market-entry opportunities into concrete actions with measurable outcomes
- Analyze product and market performance, hypothesize, test, and improve metrics for China
- Develop features from ideation to release, considering local payments, super-app integrations, and regulatory requirements
- Build a compelling GTM strategy and secure internal buy-in
- Advise leadership on China-specific product, partnerships, and localization decisions

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Native Mandarin Chinese with high English proficiency
- Deep familiarity with the Chinese digital ecosystem and consumer behavior
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and complex product cycles
