In this role you drive remote sales for Agilent's laboratory services portfolio, supporting the French market. You will build strong relationships with procurement, lab managers, and end users to identify needs and grow opportunities within an assigned territory. You collaborate with field engineers and internal teams to ensure a differentiated customer experience while maintaining accurate CRM pipelines and quotes. This position combines inside sales with service-based solutions in a fast-paced, international setting with a clear focus on value delivery.

Responsabilidades
- Drive remote sales activities (calls, emails, chats, virtual meetings) to achieve objectives with existing customers and prospects




- Develop and maintain relationships with procurement, laboratory managers, and end users to position Agilent’s services portfolio
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the territory to grow the customer base
- Collaborate with field service engineers and internal sales teams to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Prepare and manage service quotations with accuracy and clear value communication
- Maintain CRM pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Progress inside sales capabilities such as prospecting, objection handling, and negotiation with team support

Requisitos principales
- Experience in a commercial, customer-facing, or inside sales role with laboratory clients/environments
- Fluency in French and professional English
- Strong organizational and xqbhyrx time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and use digital sales tools and CRM
