As Site Activation Lead, you drive study start-up from plan to activation, safeguarding timelines, budgets, and patient access. You’ll coordinate regulatory submissions, site contracts, and risk mitigation while guiding regional teams to align with sponsor expectations. This role sits at the heart of accelerating trial activation and patient access, partnering with sponsors from day one and ensuring consistent, milestone-driven performance.

Responsabilidades

Design and lead Study Start-Up Plans with clear timelines and alignment across countries
Drive regulatory and ethics submissions to approval to accelerate activation




Oversee site contracts and budget negotiations to avoid delays
Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
Partner with sponsors at Bid Defences and Kick-Off Meetings to align strategy
Lead and empower regional start-up teams for consistent performance
Ensure data accuracy, reporting, and KPI tracking for transparency and control
Influence time-to-activation and ultimately time-to-treatment for patients

Requisitos principales

5+ years in Clinical Research with strong xqbhyrx Study Start-Up experience
Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and submission processes
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams globally
Strong project management and risk mitigation skills
Confidence in sponsor-facing environments
