Join Perk as a key member of our Customer Care team, supporting customers on technically complex cases within our finance and accounting software suite. You'll bring hands on knowledge of fintech or accounting platforms to help customers navigate real operational challenges, not just surface level queries.
You'll collaborate with cross functional teams, own the resolution of technical incidents, and act as the go to internal resource on how our software works in practice.




Respond to customer queries via email and phone, with a focus on technical and finance operational issues
Serve as the first point of contact internally for operational software knowledge
Required: hands on experience working at a fintech company OR with an accounting software platform, handling technical customer cases
Fluency in English required; German fluency requiredif supporting DACH accounts, additional languages a plus
