AI Creative, Content & GEO SpecialistDescription -AI Creative, Content & GEO SpecialistApplies advanced subject matter knowledge in AI-enabled content creation, creative operations, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to solve complex marketing challenges. Leads the adoption of AI tools, prompt engineering methodologies, and agentic workflows to scale content creation, improve efficiency, and increase GSB visibility across traditional and AI-powered discovery platforms. Works independently on complex initiatives requiring cross-functional collaboration and exercises judgment in defining processes, best practices, and performance measures.
ResponsibilitiesScale AI-driven content and creative production across the GSB marketing organization.
Develop prompt engineering frameworks and agentic workflows to improve marketing effectiveness and productivity.
Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI tools and platforms for content creation and creative development.
Create and manage content across owned and earned channels to strengthen GSB's GEO presence and discoverability.




Partner with marketing, communications, and digital teams to deliver content that supports key business priorities.
Establish best practices, governance, and training programs for AI-assisted content creation.
Define and track performance metrics related to content production efficiency, GEO visibility, engagement, and demand generation.
Stay current on emerging AI technologies, content trends, and GEO practices, translating insights into scalable marketing programs.
Education and Experience
RequiredBA or BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, creative operations, or related areas.
Experience using generative AI tools for content development, creative production, or marketing programs.
