As an Account Executive for the DACH region, you will drive growth by turning opportunities into closed deals within a fast-growing travel and spend management SaaS platform. You’ll join a cross-functional, international sales team and own the end-to-end sales process from discovery to close. You’ll engage with stakeholders at all levels, showcase Perk’s value through product-focused demos, and help expand our footprint in the DACH market. This role offers a meaningful impact by transforming how companies manage travel and expenses, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and personal growth.

Responsabilidades




- Manage a mix of inbound and outbound leads across the DACH region with marketing and SDR support
- Conduct solution-focused product demos and own the full sales cycle through to close
- Identify needs and pain points, articulating Perk’s value to businesses
- Maintain an organized, up-to-date Salesforce pipeline with clear forecasting
- Collaborate with Marketing to boost brand awareness and improve lead qualification
- Engage with stakeholders from Office Managers to CFOs to articulate the Perk value proposition
- Develop product expertise on TravelPerk and stay updated on new features and improvements

Requisitos principales
- Native-level German and high English fluency
- Proven xqbhyrx success in a sales-driven role with strong prospecting/hunting focus
- Solid understanding of B2B solution selling, ideally in a short sales cycle
