In this role you will drive mission critical data solutions for the DACH region, focusing on large-scale ERP/RDBMS deployments and data platforms. You will partner with executives to align business challenges with HPE offerings, shaping multi‑division solutions. You will manage and grow the sales pipeline, lead cross‑functional teams, and translate complex technology into tangible outcomes. Responsabilidades
- Establish relationships with IT and business executives to address senior management challenges
- Build, monitor and drive the sales pipeline and close new HPE solution opportunities
- Maintain product and solution knowledge to sell large, complex offerings




- Contribute to innovative principles and solutions
- Keep market and competitor knowledge current to maintain credibility with executives
- Manage accounts and drive solution selling across the customer organization
- Increase wallet share and identify new revenue potential
- Lead cross-division, multi-function projects and teams; participate in cross-division initiatives
- Exercise independent judgment to achieve objectives

Requisitos principales
- 5+ years in IT sales, preferably with SAP consulting partners or hyperscalers
- Experience xqbhyrx selling ERP/RDBMS, especially SAP
- A portfolio of trusted customers
- Recognized as an expert by company and customers; mentor in selling strategy
- Ability to demonstrate quota achievement with diverse, high-level customer interfaces
- Account planning and accurate revenue forecasting
