In this role you will craft production-grade, high-throughput services that inspect live traffic and manage TLS in the data path with near-zero latency. You will own end-to-end delivery of capabilities, from idea to live production, while ensuring reliability, observability, and resilience under real load. You will lead a functional area, setting direction and aligning engineers to outcomes. A strong focus on AI-native approaches will help you operate as a 10x engineer, delivering impact quickly.
Responsabilidades
- Take a capability from rough idea to production and maintain it with strict latency and reliability targets
- Own end-to-end delivery of a functional area, including direction-setting and team alignment
- Design, ship, operate and monitor production services with strong production ownership
- Ensure system performance under real load with observability and robust failure handling
- Leverage AI tools to enhance engineering productivity and output while maintaining correct judgment
Requisitos principales
- Proven proficiency using AI as a force multiplier to build and ship beyond solo capabilities
- 5–7+ years building and operating production services and front ends with end-to-end ownership
- Hands-on TLS / MITM inspection experience and related security-sensitive edge cases
- Track record of reducing latency in streaming xqbhyrx and distributed systems, with production-level p99 improvements
- Strong command of Go, Rust, or TypeScript/Node and React/TypeScript; solid understanding of HTTP, TLS, gRPC/REST, and async/streaming I/O
- Self-starter with a bias for action
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Curiosity and grit in facing new protocols and failure modes
