Role Overview
The Channel Sales Manager for Spain holds a critical position aimed at propelling Amazfit's brand revenues in one of ur top-markets across the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the South Europe Sales Lead, this role will be crucial to help us in further developing our presence in the Spanish Key Accounts assigned and improve our offline channel presence. Key Responsibilities
Extensive knowledge and solid relationships with the local consumer electronics market key players
Sound experience in managing sales strategy and P&L; for assigned KAs
Great understanding of Retail marketing/branding campaigns logic, especially for Consumer electronics/running/outdoor product segments
Capability to formulate local sales and implement action plan to achieve the sales target
Able to build up trustful long-term relationship with key clients, wholesalers/retailers to understand the business needs, requirements and potential business opportunity
Experienced in developing channel marketing activities with the main retailers
Partner with HQteam to optimize products and feedback the key findings from market research, client suggestions and industry development reports etc.
Idóneo Qulifications
Fluent in Spanish and English
Proven 8+yearsof sales experience in the consumer electronics industry with excellent rapport with key clients
Can demonstratea successful track record in achieving consecutive sales targets (revenue, volume, margin, market share etc.,)Used to work in a fast-moving and changing environment and be able to work under pressure
Self-starter / self-motivated but determined to get the resultsAgile style and embraces changesStrong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellentorganisational skills to prioritise different tasks
Strong teamworkand collaborations
Bachelor degreeor above in Business related major - Nice to hav
