Position: Entry Level HR Coordinator / HR – Assistant Position Reports to: Associate Director – Human Resources Experience Level: Freshers to 6 months Location: Madrid, Spain Employment Type: Full-time We Offer: Salary: €19,000 – €24,000 per year About the Role We are looking for an Entry Level HR Coordinator / HR – Assistant to join our Human Resources team in Madrid. This opportunity is adecuado for a recent graduate or someone with up to 6 months of experience who is eager to learn and build a career in HR Operations. You will support employee onboarding, HR administration, data management, and coordination activities across multiple countries. We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and interested in using AI and technology tools.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Onboarding Help coordinate onboarding activities for new hires. Ensure laptops, system access, badges, and other equipment are ready before Day 1. Communicate with IT, Office Management, and hiring teams.



Track onboarding documents and compliance requirements. HR Administration & Employee Support Support employee lifecycle activities such as: New joiners Internal moves Employee departures Manager and job title changes Assist with leave management processes.
Data & HR Systems Maintain employee information in HR systems. Update HR trackers and reports. Support headcount tracking and workforce planning activities. Ensure HR data is accurate and up to date. Communication & Coordination Update organisational charts and team information. Maintain distribution lists and communication groups. Coordinate with HR, Finance, managers, and other teams to ensure smooth processes. Process Support Maintain onboarding and offboarding checklists. Follow up with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time. Help identify and resolve data or process inconsistencies.
