We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks: Design, implement, and configure application observability solutions. Monitor enterprise applications, infrastructure, and business-critical services in real time.
Configure and optimize metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerts, and reporting capabilities. Support end-to-end observability initiatives using modern APM and monitoring platforms. Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and reliability issues. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend long-term improvements. Collaborate with Development, Dev Ops, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to improve platform reliability.
Drive proactive monitoring strategies leveraging predictive analytics, automation, and AIOps practices. WHAT (TECHNOLOGIES/METHODOLOGIES/TOOLS) WILL YOU USE? Grafana,

Years' experience: 5-10 years in Observability, Monitoring, SRE, Dev Ops, or a similar role. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline; alternatively, Higher Vocational Training (FP) in a relevant technical field. Hands-on experience with one or more observability platforms such as Grafana, Splunk, App Dynamics, Centreon, New Relic, Elastic Observability, or Prometheus. Strong understanding of observability fundamentals including metrics, logs, and distributed tracing.
