MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES




Coordinate architectural and interior design activities throughout the construction phase.
Review architectural drawings, specifications and technical documentation to ensure compliance with the approved design.
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, contractors and consultants to resolve technical and design-related issues.
Support the implementation of architectural and interior design concepts on site.
Coordinate design information across multiple disciplines, including architecture, structure and MEP.
Review shop drawings, material submittals and technical proposals.
Monitor the quality and execution of architectural finishes, interior elements and design details.
Ensure that design intent is maintained throughout the construction process.
Support BIM coordination, model reviews and clash detection activities where applicable.
Assist with the preparation of technical reports, progress updates and design coordination documentation.
