We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a PhD Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical) to work on a Full-Time basis. The role involves developing and optimizing advanced engineering solutions across multiple disciplines to support high-impact projects. Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and solve complex technical challenges in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, simulate, and validate electrical, mechanical, or chemical systems based on project requirements
Conduct theoretical modeling and experimental validation to ensure system performance and reliability
Develop and refine algorithms or processes to enhance efficiency and scalability of engineering solutions
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership




Provide expert-level troubleshooting and optimization recommendations for existing systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution
Proven experience in applied research, system design, or process optimization in relevant engineering domains
Strong proficiency in simulation tools such as COMSOL, ANSYS, MATLAB, or SPICE
Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical, scalable engineering solutions
Experience with data analysis, statistics, and experimental design methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder updates
