In this senior FP&A; role, you own the B2C marketing economics framework and drive the financial narrative for growth. You partner with Growth Marketing to shape investments, forecast performance, and report to senior leadership, enabling fast, informed decisions. You build scalable models and guardrails that balance growth with ROI across paid, organic, and geo initiatives. This position sits at the heart of Preply’s data-driven growth engine and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades
- End-to-end ownership of the B2C marketing economics domain: modelling, forecasting, partnership, and executive reporting




- Act as the senior Finance voice in Growth Marketing planning forums; frame investment problems and land decisions
- Own the B2C marketing model for paid, organic, and brand; ensure forecast accuracy and link to acquisition, retention, and LTV
- Lead monthly/quarterly re-forecasts with driver-based variance narratives
- Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to stress-test ROI under various conditions
- Quantify paid vs organic dynamics; define incrementality and inform budget allocation
- Lead geo expansion analysis: sizing, investment, ramp, and return thresholds with performance tracking
- Build investment frameworks and guardrails; set spend limits and escalation triggers, adjust forecasts in real time
- Prepare materials for CMO/CFO-level reviews; translate model outputs into actionable narratives
- Lead the B2C marketing work stream in AOP and LRP cycles; own numbers and strategic assumptions
