Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director, Animal Health Technology Solutions Procurement. This global leadership role will shape procurement strategy across direct materials, indirect services and capital investment, covering categories such as plastics, printed circuit board assemblies, microchips, electronic components, metals, external manufacturing and other technology solutions supporting animal health operations.
Reporting to the Executive Director responsible for Indirect Services and Animal Health Technology Solutions Procurement, you will lead a global team of approximately six procurement professionals. You will partner with senior leaders across manufacturing, supply chain, research and development, commercial operations, finance, quality, regulatory affairs, engineering and technology to deliver value,



strengthen supply resilience and support business growth and transformation.
Primary location: United States (Rahway) or EURAM (Netherlands, Austria, Germany or Spain)
What you will do:
Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:
- Develop and deliver global procurement and category strategies across direct materials, indirect services and capital investment.
- Lead strategic sourcing, complex negotiations, contract management and supplier governance to deliver sustainable value, innovation and operational excellence.
- Build trusted partnerships with senior business leaders and provide market, supplier and commercial insights to support business decisions and investment planning.
- Manage supplier performance, third-party risk, due diligence, business continuity and compliance across global operations and supply chains.
