In this role you drive end-to-end product evolutions with full accountability for scope, cost, schedules, and results. Responsabilidades

Coordinate and execute Offer Change Management activities (per OLM)




Drive impact analysis of change requests and estimate technical efforts
Develop project plans and schedules, monitor progress
Manage risks to ensure timely and quality delivery
Facilitate cross-team collaboration, communicate updates to stakeholders, adapt plans
Ensure visibility and traceability of execution and decisions in the appropriate tools and meetings

Requisitos principales

Specialized knowledge and significant experience in project, process, or change management
Experience leading changes from impact analysis through execution and delivery
Strong skills xqbhyrx in planning, scheduling, estimation, risk management, and prioritization
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Strong ownership, professional judgement, and decision-making skills
