As Investment Projects Sourcing Manager in Technical Sourcing, you lead end-to-end sourcing for complex technical investments across global sites, shaping cost, quality, and delivery. You connect internal needs with external suppliers, driving value through planning, qualification, bidding, and contract management. You work with cross-functional teams across Europe and beyond to continuously improve sourcing strategies and supplier performance. This role offers impact on strategic investments and a chance to influence market approaches in a fast-moving, international setting.

Responsabilidades
- Lead end-to-end sourcing for complex technical investment projects across multiple sites and regions
- Translate business needs into robust sourcing strategies to maximise value (cost, risk, supplier performance)
- Manage procurement planning, supplier qualification, competitive bidding, negotiation, and contract management




- Oversee the full sourcing lifecycle with a focus on continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve commercial disputes
- Contribute to category strategy evolution by monitoring market trends and supply chain dynamics
- Coordinate with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams to manage multiple priorities
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at different seniority levels within a general organisation

Requisitos principales
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or engineering in multinational companies
- Experience leading end-to-end sourcing processes for complex technical investment projects
