As a Fullstack engineer on the Portals team, you will build customer-facing portals that enable secure, scalable self-service experiences. You’ll integrate internal systems (billing, CRM, product services) with external users, driving smooth customer journeys and reducing friction. You’ll own features end-to-end—from architecture to production—while collaborating with Product, Design, Finance, Sales, and Support. Responsabilidades

Design and develop customer-facing portals for subscriptions, billing, and account management
Build robust backend services and APIs powering portal workflows
Integrate internal systems and external providers (CRM,



billing, authentication, product APIs)
Collaborate with Product, Design, Finance, Sales, and Support to translate business needs into scalable user experiences
Own features end-to-end including architecture, production monitoring, and performance optimization
Follow GitOps mindset with CI/CD practices and rapid iteration
Contribute to architectural decisions and RFCs to improve the platform over time

Requisitos principales

5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer (backend or full-stack)
Experience building customer-facing platforms or SaaS with usability and reliability focus
Experience designing and maintaining production-grade xqbhyrx APIs and backend services
Experience with frontend frameworks (React or similar)
Experience integrating multiple systems and services (internal platforms, third-party APIs, auth systems)
Strong ownership mindset and end-to-end delivery
