In this role you drive new business for Remote's Global HR platform in the DACH region. You’ll build relationships with decision makers, qualify opportunities, and close deals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support customer outcomes. The position emphasizes transparency in pricing and a hunter-centric approach in a fully remote, async environment. You’ll operate in a global context, helping customers navigate employment compliance and harness Remote’s solutions.

Responsabilidades
- Create land-and-expand opportunities with accurate close plans and notes
- Meet and exceed sales quota and manage end-to-end sales cycle
- Identify new opportunities and guide prospects from first contact to close
- Maintain a clean, high-velocity pipeline
- Present information effectively to potential clients
- Promptly answer client questions and follow up
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client processes
- Close deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process
- Understand SMB customer needs and tailor solutions
- Generate leads via phone, cold outreach, networking, and events
Requisitos principales
- 2+ years in Account Executive or related SaaS sales (new business)
- Proven ability to build relationships with decision makers and champions
- Native or professional fluency in German; strong English communication
- Deep knowledge of sales processes; ability to qualify opportunities and close deals
- Experience building outbound pipeline through xqbhyrx multiple channels
- High integrity, self-motivation, and independence
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management
