Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile estate transformation programme for a public sector client. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery against key objectives, timescales and budgets.Working closely with client teams, external consultants and senior stakeholders, you will drive the implementation of a complex estates strategy focused on optimising the property portfolio and supporting future organisational needs. The programme includes property rationalisation, staff relocation projects, feasibility studies, estate optimisation initiatives and property disposals.As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing programme governance, budget management, resource planning, risk management and performance reporting. You will ensure all activities align with the client's strategic priorities, operational requirements and sustainability goals,
